yes, u have made quite a drastic move in life. I congratulate u on your bravery. U are a prime example of someone trusting their gut and going with it. I trust my decision to apply to grad school was a right one. It's just moot if I don't actually get accepted. End of March or early April is when the agony will end. cheers.

You've got to love the liquor laws in the south. In SC, where my mom and dad currently reside, bars and restaurants can only sell hard liquor in those little bottles like you get on airplanes. And if I understand the law correctly, all mixed drinks must be made with the entire contents of said bottles. The law has to do with some old accusation about drinks being watered down. Support your right to get sloshed! Move to South Carolina!

Does the pill prescriber know you're a migraine sufferer? I have this sketchy and undocumentable memory that some pills are worse than others in that regard.

Internet diagnosis is a sick game I, too, play with myself. I have had everything from diabetes to tape worms, according to the world wide web.

The pill is evil. It caused my migraines, and I wouldn't be surprised if it caused my cancer. There must be a better way!

I hadn't seen Love You Forever until I saw that column. I took a look at it at the library earier this week. Very, very weird. I hope your headache's gone. As a former migraine sufferer (an affliction that unexpectedly disappeared when I went vegetarian), I feel your pain.

Feel better! Who needs armchair prescriptions when you can have a direct order? :D
